Diana Fox Carney, Special Guest
This year we are honoured to welcome Diana Fox Carney as our special guest at Soirée Salus. A British-Canadian economist and strategic adviser, Ms. Fox Carney specializes in advancing sustainable development, climate action and community resilience at home and around the globe. We are thrilled to have her open the evening with inspiring remarks to set the stage for what promises to be a powerful night of community and impact.

Catherine Clark, Emcee
Our Emcee, nationally celebrated broadcaster, Catherine Clark, will guide us through the evening as we celebrate our progress and recognize extraordinary community leadership through our first-ever, annual Salus Awards Ceremony.
ONLINE AUCTION: OCT 6TH – 19TH

Debuting our annual Salus Community Champion Award and Salus Changemaker Award
We’re thrilled to honour remarkable individuals and organizations helping to build a more inclusive Ottawa:
Salus Community Champion Award: Eli Tannis

Salus Changemaker Award: McDonald Brothers Construction
A mission-driven partner in every sense, McDonald Brothers Construction (MBC) has played a pivotal role in advancing supportive housing through sustainable, purpose-built projects for veterans, at-risk youth, and older adults with mental health challenges. On our Capilano project, MBC has gone above and beyond their role as contractor—stepping up as both a donor and an engaged partner in rallying the community behind this initiative. Their leadership in the construction sector is matched by their community spirit—actively giving back and helping strengthen Ottawa’s culture of care and collaboration.
Can’t attend the event? You can still make an impact.
Donate today to help provide supportive housing, mental health, and substance use recovery services to some of the most vulnerable members of our community.
